I started out as a retailer. That is, I'm not a “computer guy” who decided to go into Point of Sale; rather, I was looking for solutions for my own stores. At one time, I owned five health food stores, and realized that I needed some controls or things would get out of hand very quickly. I did my due diligence, and decided on a system. I used it for four years before other people in the business began to seek me out for advice.
